That’s why every our product comes backed by a warranty that mimics the quality, longevity and peace of mind our products provide. All doors made by Caspian Gates, Inc. are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty guaranteeing as below:

• 10 years warranty for fiberglass slabs.
• 10 years warranty for steel slabs.
• 10 years warranty for glass.
• 1 years warranty for pull handles.
• 1 years weather strip of doors.
• 1 year warranty for threshold.
• 1 year warranty for locks

Should the warranted door be found to contain defects, Caspian Gates, Inc. will at its option either
(1) Repair any door without charge,
(2) Replace any glass without charge.

• The replacement part/product will be covered by this limited warranty only for the balance of the original warranty period. The costs of installation and/or finishing for any replacement part/product will not be paid by Caspian Gates, Inc.

Warranty limitation

• Warranty product of doors is limited to manufacturing defect
• The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of door.
• Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to God and force majeure acts.
• Warranty doesn’t cover for those doors which are on sales or installed by third party.

Common wear (wear and tear) items

• The warranty does not cover routine and seasonal adjustment of strikers or door sweeps.
• This warranty does not cover the routine wear of components through normal usage.
• Common wear items include door sweeps, hinges, weather- stripping, corner seal pads, screen, glass frame, and hardware.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

Warranty products will be null and void if:

• The door  is damaged physically,
• The door  is repaired, repainted, modified, and disassembled,
• Doors which are improperly installed (by third party company/person), hung or do not swing freely.  We strongly recommend that the doors are installed by interior trim contractor.
• Panel Shrinkage.
• Trimming of door more than a 3/4” in the width from either side of the door and 1/2” on the height (top or bottom) of the door.
• Glass breakage of any kind is not covered by this Warranty.
• Except for those doors of the original design, any additional component or hardware built into the door is not warranted in any manner.
• The screen and net of screen is not cover by our warranty.
• Installation of a storm door voids the Warranty.
• Damage resulting from any cause beyond the control of Caspian Gates, Inc. including, but not limited to, damage caused by normal wear and tear of doors or its components, improper storage, installation or maintenance, elements penetration resulting from improper caulking or installation, misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, tornado, or any other act of nature.

How to claim the warranty?

You must notify Caspian Gate Inc. by sending your claim via email with attached digital images of the defect. The claim must include proof of purchase, full information of the owner and detailed description.

• $150 charge will be applied – to any false service calls.
• $150 charge will be applied for any service diagnostics. Customer can submit a picture or video of the problem to avoid diagnostics charge.
